The total living area of the property is approximately 250 m² and is divided as follows: The main houseThe main house is approximately 200 m² with the main entrance opening into the hall/living room where there is a huge fire place. On one side you enter the kitchen which is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, dishwater and wood burning stove; and from the other there is an double bedroom with en suite bathroom. From the living room there is a wooden staircase to the first floor where there is a sitting room with satellite TV and DVD leading to a new large bedroom with two single beds. Off the sitting room there is another separate double bedroom and a very spacious bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and wash basin and also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is a beautifully maintained garden and swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Here you can take a swim and enjoy the panoramic views at the same time! In the evening, sitting outside with your glass of Le Marche wine, you can see the fireflies dancing in the garden and the million of stars in the sky.......... In addition to the main house, Casa Julia has two self-contained adjacent apartments. Apartment IApartment I is approximately 35 m² with a double bed, a kitchenette with sink, fridge, stove and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. The room has a small seating area and has it’s own satellite TV. Apartment IIApartment II is approximately 28 m² and has two single beds, a kitchenette with sink, stove, fridge and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. This apartment has a small seating area and is equipped with satellite TV.
